FAQ'S

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing and come from the registered delegate.

Refunds will be made at the following rates:

  • On or before 11 May 2020: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, minus a £30 admin fee
  • After 11 May 2020 we regret NO refunds will be made
  • Name substitutions can be made at any time
  • Please note that unpaid invoices are due to be paid within 30 days of receipt or before the Conference commencement date, which ever date arrives first
In the event that the Conference is cancelled by the Organisers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organisers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organisers shall be limited to that refund and the organisers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising.
CPD ACCREDIATATION AND CERTIFICATES
Each attendee will receive a Certificate of Attendance after the event. You will be sent an email asking you to complete an event feedback questionnaire. On completion you will then be sent a confirmation email with your PDF certificate attached.
CME/CPD Points are not directly accredited by the RCOG; therefore it is the responsibility of the delegate to make decisions regarding the educational value of meetings. Members have to register the activity on the RCOG CPD portal, which the RCOG recommends 1 credit for every educational hour.
Delegates are expected to judge for themselves the educational value of a meeting/course. In order to make a successful claim, RCOG Fellows and Members are required to retain an electronic copy of their certificate of attendance as RCOG Fellows and Members use an electronic means for keeping evidence of their CPD activities. You should also retain a copy of the conference programme and you should participate in the post-conference survey
