Emma Ferriman graduated from Liverpool University, trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Mersey region and finally moved to Leeds to complete her specialist training and subspecialist training in fetal medicine. She works in the NHS as a full time consultant and also offers care in the private sector. She is passionate about her work and is dedicated to providing all patients with a first class service both within the NHS and in her private practice. Over 15 years she has developed her practice in obstetrics and antenatal care as well as in fetal medicine. She works in a large teaching centre in Leeds that provides advanced care in obstetrics and fetal medicine throughout Mid and West Yorkshire. Dr Ferriman has an expertise in the diagnosis and management of twin and triplet pregnancies; she set up the first multiple pregnancy clinic in Yorkshire in 2004 at Leeds General Infirmary.
